To ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone, kindly review the following updates to our scheduling policies: 1. This is a very busy season, and appointment times are in high demand. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for weather conditions, snow, and traffic delays. If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced accordingly, but the full session fee will still apply. 2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy (Effective November 11, 2025): A $25 cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to your next appointment if you miss your session without notice. To avoid this charge, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows your appointment time to be offered to another client. 3.
